1 Definitions and Interpretation

The terms below are used with specific meanings throughout this document and apply consistently across all terms and conditions.

1.1 Key Terms

• "Platform" or "Site" — The main bazi 365 website and all associated web pages, mobile applications and related digital channels.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person accessing services through a registered account on bazi 365.
• "Account" — A member's personal profile containing their login credentials and balance.
• "Bonus" — Any additional funds or reward granted by the platform, usable subject to the specified wagering conditions.
• "Wagering" — The multiplier condition on the bonus amount that must be bet before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Bet" — Any single participation placed on the platform by a member, whether in sports betting or casino.
• "Net Loss" — The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

1.2 Interpretation

If any clause in this document is unclear, the platform's interpretation shall be final. The Bengali version is the original and shall serve as the authoritative document in all disputes.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on bazi 365 are available only to persons aged 21 or above. By completing registration, the member confirms they are 21 or older. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification when needed.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, address or mobile number. Operating two or more accounts (a violation of the multiple accounts policy) may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided at registration — including full name, mobile number and other details — must be accurate and up to date. bazi 365 reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.4 Verification

The platform may request additional documents to confirm identity in the case of withdrawal requests or suspected irregular activity. If the member does not submit these documents within the specified time, the relevant transaction or account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Responsibility and Security

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

The member is solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Sharing account credentials with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Activities Carried Out via the Account

All bets, deposits and withdrawals made from a member's account are considered the member's own actions. bazi 365 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from login credentials reaching a third party.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, gifting or transferring an account in any other way is strictly prohibited. Funds held in an account belong solely to the registered member.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bazi 365 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required if verification is needed or irregular activity is detected.

4.4 Source of Funds

Members must confirm they are using a payment method they own. Using a third party's payment account may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account suspended.

4.5 Withdrawals from Bonus Balance

Winnings earned from a bonus are only withdrawable after the associated wagering condition has been met. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering condition is fulfilled, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

bazi 365 runs regular promotions. Each promotion has its own applicable terms:

• Weekly Betting Festival: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• bazi 365 Cricket Dhamaka: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• Friday Special Reward: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,500; wagering 10x; claimable once in the birthday month.
• Refer a Friend: up to ৳2,000; wagering 12x; applies after each successful referral.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time.
• A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering condition is met.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the platform reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Any promotion may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered final from the moment the platform successfully accepts and confirms it. If a bet remains incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, it will be considered void.

6.2 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will apply. In live betting, displayed odds may change and the odds at the time of final acceptance are effective.

6.3 Cancelled or Postponed Matches

If a match is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the specified time frame, the bet is generally voided and the stake returned. However, specific market rules may apply.

6.4 Multi Bets

In a multi bet consisting of multiple selections, if any one selection is voided, that leg's odds are set to 1.00 and the result is determined based on the remaining selections.

6.5 Erroneous Odds

bazi 365 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect (for example, odds that differ unusually from the prevailing market).

7 Casino and Games Policy

7.1 Fairness of Game Results

Casino games on bazi 365 are operated by third-party software providers. These games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair results.

7.2 Game Software Errors

The platform reserves the right to correct any winnings or balances incorrectly displayed due to a technical fault in a game. Affected members will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

7.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games (such as Baccarat and Roulette) are operated by recognised providers including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. If a connection is lost, the result of the hand in progress will be determined according to the provider's own logs.

7.4 RTP Information

The maximum RTP for selected games is published on the platform based on provider data. RTP is a long-term statistical figure and does not guarantee the outcome of any single session.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bazi 365:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial bets or opposing bets to reduce risk for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions (arbitrage).
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets.
• Any activity related to money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to steal another member's information or commit fraud.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Exploiting any vulnerability in the bonus system.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Platform's Rights

bazi 365 may temporarily or permanently close an account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• At the member's request — in particular for voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

9.2 Member's Right to Close Their Account

Any member may request closure of their own account by contacting the support team. Any valid withdrawal completed up to the time of closure will be processed.

9.3 Balance After Closure

If there is a completed withdrawal request pending before the account is closed, it will be processed under normal terms. Any bonus balance or portion with incomplete wagering will be considered void.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Losses from Betting

bazi 365 is not responsible for any financial losses a member incurs from betting or casino games. Members participate at their own discretion and at their own risk.

10.2 Technical Disruptions

The platform's liability is limited for any losses caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or technical issues from third parties.

10.3 Third-Party Content

The software or content provided by game providers is subject to their own terms and conditions. Any disputes related to this must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bazi 365 is committed to protecting members' personal information. Details on how information collected at registration is stored, used, and kept secure are described in our Privacy Policy. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

Member information is never sold to third parties. However, relevant information may be disclosed when required by law or in response to a valid request from authorities.

12 Policy on Changes to Terms

bazi 365 reserves the right to change these rules and terms at any time. For important changes, members will be notified by email or account notification where possible.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
